In spring, the manor welcomes its most illustrious visitor, the sparrowhawk. Every April, this female returns to the same loophole under the apartment to build a nest for her brood of baby birds. You can see this magnificent bird of prey coming and going in search of food to ensure the survival of the next generation.
Like Rapunzel's apartment, the L'Épervier cottage offers a small bedroom in the tower, equipped with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. A well-equipped kitchen and a fully renovated bathroom guarantee you a comfortable stay in the Côtes d'Armor.

L'Épervier is a charming, fully equipped 40m² apartment located on the first floor on the west side of the manor house. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room opening onto the kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine.
